I scoured (googled) "hgv" to find out what it was. According to Wikipedia, (and I'm using the one that makes sense) it's a "Heavy Goods Vehicle- the old legal term in the United Kingdom for goods vehicles over 3.5 tonnes GVW". The other terms that were included,"HepatitisG Virus", "Histology Group of VictoriaIncorporated", and "HGV Video Productions, a Canadian home video distributor" were obviously not travel related (although a case for the video distributor could be made).
And, looking over the keywords, my interest is peaked. driving instructors for an hgv driver would probably need to be skilled in the area, and make something like an apprenticeship. And getting involved with an insurance group and getting an insurance policy for a van with all of those goods would definitely be a good idea. Imagine the losses if the van tipped over!
Focusing on the driving instructors would be hard in the beginning (with no one in the field yet), and then get easier and easier, until you had a few experts who would probably charge to teach everyone else. And I imagine that they would get a pretty good salary. But, if it paid better to drive than to teach, there would definitely be motive to teach less, and drive more, but to protect the field, and to make profit.
A heavy goods vehicle (also here being called a van) would probably be bigger than a regular van, but smaller than a bus. That kind of reminds me of ATVs, All Terrain Vehicles. Those require special training, too. Really, up until now, it hadn't struck me how valuable being a driving instructor can be, and how good it would be to have driving instructors around.
I bet some people, as children, fantasize about being driving instructors, the same way that some people fantasize about being a fireman or policeman. I hope the field isn't as corrupt as the other two. Policemen are probably the most corrupt people there are besides politicians.
It's ironic that we elect politicians over and over, especially because we consider them corrupt. Talk about culturalschizophrenia! We need to have them in power, yet power corrupts. We need to trust them 'cause they'll turn out country around, yet also politicians are not to be trusted. Our cognitive dissonance is killing us, and we need to recognize it and get over things like democracy.
Anarchy is much better suited to freedom and to reality. If only people realized that it wasn't chaos, and that instead, democracy is.
